Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Personal care items or opened hygienic products

Approval & Instructions
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
